Some of our current projects include:
- Mural Arts Program: An arts and community-building organization that engages community members in creating art and enriches Philadelphia through its incredible murals; to assist with evaluating three of its programs that work with youth.
- North Penn Housing/Homeless Providers Network: A collaborative of nonprofit housing and homeless service providers in the North Penn region, the North Penn Community Health Foundation, the North Penn United Way, and the Montgomery County Department of Housing & Community Development; to assist with the planning and implementation of a pilot project for a coordinated intake, information and referral system for families and individuals who are homeless or at-risk for homelessness.
- Wings for Success: Wings For Success is a tight-knit community of compassionate women who volunteer their time, skills and love to bring lasting confidence to women facing the challenge of securing sustainable income. After successfully navigating the nonprofit start-up phase, Capacity for Change is helping Wings for Success prepare for its next stage of growth by facilitating the creation of a strategic plan that will help the organization better align its resources around common goals to serve clients even more effectively and position itself for long-term sustainability.
